Our terms & conditions are set out and designed to help you (the client) understand your responsibility and what we (F1Corporate Ltd / GPE GmbH) offer in return for your investment. Please refer to the invoice issued by F1Corporate outlining your travel and ticket package with F1Corporate Ltd & Grand Prix Events GmbH.

F1Corporate Limited is based in the United Kingdom Registered office address: 9th Floor, New Zealand House, 80 Haymarket, SW1Y 4TQ, London, England Company registration number: 06439863 F1Corporate Ltd is responsible to provide services associated with all non-European motor racing events. For online or mail order credit card processing F1Corporate Limited will be the sole contract partner for all transactions.
Grand Prix Events GmbH is based in Germany Registered office address: Am Abtsberg 2, 53859 Niederkassel, Germany GPE GmbH is responsible to provide services for all European motor racing events.
We have set out some very important terms for Formula One Grand Prix bookings. When you sign the Booking Form or accepting to pay a deposit for any of our services, you agree to these Booking Conditions. We act as an agent only. As your appointed travel, tour or ticket organizer we arrange travel, hotel bookings, tickets and other ground services on the client's behalf.
Booking: If you wish to book a ticket or travel package you must complete a booking form or confirm your order by internet, electronic mail or by phone. The person ordering tickets or other travel services must be a member of the travel party and must be over 18 years of age. By confirming an order with us, that person confirms that they are authorised by the other members of the party to accept the terms of these conditions. Upon receipt of your booking and a deposit payment, we will reserve your chosen services, if available at the time of receipt of the first deposit, and confirm the reservation to you in writing. As soon as a confirmation invoice is issued, a binding contract comes into existence. Your contract with us is subject to the law and jurisdiction of the courts of Bonn/Siegburg, Germany.
Important General Note:
Please check your confirmation invoice and all other documents thoroughly as soon as you receive them. You must advise us straight away if any details appear incorrect as it may not be possible to make amendments at a later date. Ticket holders are reminded and agree, accept and acknowledge that motor racing, Formula One, the events associated with the sport, and other activities offered by F1Corporate Ltd therewith (including without limitation support events) are dangerous and accidents can happen.
The Client hereby exclude, release and forever discharge F1Corporate Ltd / GPE GmbH, and all other persons involved in the organisation, conduct and promotion of the Event (Associated Entities) from all liability for claims, loss, damage, costs or expenses arising from any personal injury or death (whether arising from negligence (but excluding gross negligence) or otherwise), arising from or connected with Ticket holders' participation in Recreational Services at the Event.
If you or any member of your party suffers from a medical condition or disability which may affect their tour arrangements, full details of the disability or medical condition must be advised before/at the time of booking. If in our opinion a particular tour is not suitable for the disability/medical condition, then we reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion. In the event of the disability/medical condition not being made known to us before/at the time of booking, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any stage and cancellation charges will apply. (As set out in part Cancellation of these Conditions).
Payment: Given that most services, tickets and tour items are prepaid in advance by us, we reserve the right to specify deposit or full payment upon booking confirmation. A minimum of 50% of the total booking fee will be required to guarantee your booking. Payment of the total balance of the invoice is due as specified on the final invoice issued by us to the client. We reserve the right to cancel any booking for which payment of the balance is overdue more than 7 days. Cancellation charges will apply as per invoice. For admission ticket only purchases we require 100% of the total payment upfront.
Cancellation: If for any reason you decide to cancel your tour, this must be done in writing by the person who initially confirmed the booking with us. F1Corporate Ltd and GPE GmbH reserve the right to charge 100% penalty for any ticket, tour or travel items at our sole discretion. Detailed cancellation terms and conditions will be supplied in writing upon invoicing. Some have stricter cancellation terms than others. Please enquire for details. It is highly recommended to take our travel insurance separate to any tour booked with F1Corporate Limited or Grand Prix Events GmbH.
Changes to your booking: Arrangements for each tour or event are prepared many months in advance and whilst we will endeavour to satisfy your requirements, we reserve the right at our discretion to make alterations to the tour or travel item purchased. We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel any item purchased and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion. A FULL REFUND OF THE TOUR OR TICKET COST WILL BE MADE TO THE CLIENT.
Liability F1Corporate Ltd / GPE GmbH or its associated agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss including consequential loss to any person or their possessions, including personal injury, disease or death from any cause whatsoever. We shall further not be held responsible for any type of claim, including damages to persons or property, loss of enjoyment, delays and illness as a result of, but not limited to: - Acts, errors or omissions, injury, loss, accidents, delays or irregularities that could be caused by the breakdown or defect of a land vehicle or airline carrier or any other company transporting passengers; - Negligence, fault or omission on the part of a tour service supplier or its personnel, including all persons over which we have no direct or immediate authority; - Theft, strike, illness, quarantine, mechanical failure, terrorist attack, war, government or police constraint, weather condition, or any other cause beyond our control, including any modification to the itinerary resulting from these events; - Bankruptcy or suspension of activities of a carrier, or any other tour service provider.
While every possible precaution is taken on the tour, we or our associated agents cannot be held responsible for death or any injury or loss, which might occur to persons travelling with us. The Client hereby indemnifies and holds F1Corporate Ltd / GPE GmbH and its agents harmless against any and all claims in respect of personal injury or damages either direct or consequential arising from any cause whatsoever as a result of the participation by the Client and persons under his authority on the tour.
Complains We will do its best to ensure that your tour is a success. However, in the event that you should wish to complain about any aspect of your tour, you must notify the local tour representative at the time, who will do everything possible to put things right. The representative is there to help you and can usually deal with problems quickly and satisfactorily.
Insurance All clients travelling with us should be covered by Travel Insurance against loss of money & luggage, medical expenses, cancellation charges in the event of illness prior to departure, etc. Other optional benefits could cover for redundancy qualifying for statutory payment.
Passport & Visa The Client is responsible to have the appropriate travel documents and visas organized prior to the departure. We may assist making Visa applications on your behalf for a fee.
Behaviour Reasonable behaviour is required at all time (as viewed by the tour representative). F1Corporate Ltd / GPE GmbH and our Agents or Suppliers providing services may refuse services, access or benefits to the Client. At which time our contract with the client (and or persons on the clients booking) will be broken, and he/she/they will be in breach of our Terms and Conditions with no refund or compensation payable to the client. All damages and extra cost billed to F1Corporate Ltd / GPE GmbH as a consequence of such behaviour will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid by the Client.
Prices Are in EURO, US Dollar or British Pound as specified online, by email or written communication between us and the Client. Flights Flights are not included in ANY of our Travel Packages unless otherwise stated. Some tours may be organized by a third party tour operator with appropriate insurance and ATOL cover. The client will be advised at time of booking if this is the case and what other terms and booking conditions may apply. Please arrange airfares with your local travel agent or enquire with your consultant if we can offer you alternatives at a competitive price.
Ticket Terms & Conditions Your admission ticket is probably the most important aspect of your visit to any event. Booking with us ensures that you are
offered a large variety of the Best Grandstand Seats available for each event. We have excellent knowledge of the circuits and will be pleased to help and give advice on seats and standing areas.
Ticket Delivery Race Tickets will be delivered 1-4 weeks prior to the event by Express Courier services or registered mail. F1Corporate Ltd or GPE GmbH will not be responsible or liable to replace any lost or stolen tickets once we have a proof record that the ticket shipment was delivered successfully at the specified delivery address. It is the clients responsibility to track shipments locally if delivery was not possible as agreed.
Applicable law for disputes: The present general terms and conditions of using this website and contracting us shall be governed and interpreted by German
Law. Any disputes arising out of the interpretation, performance and application of these presents that may not be settled by amicable arrangement shall be referred to the competent courts of Bonn, Germany.
