Abu Dhabi to stage 2010 F1 season finale in November

The Yas Marina Circuit has been announced as the venue for a Formula One race in 2010. The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will a new landmark in F1 hosting and entertainment trackside. It will be a newly-built circuit designed by Hermann Tilke on Yas Island, about 30 minutes from country's capital Abu Dhabi and will be the second Formula One track in the Middle East with the first being in Bahrain.

Abu Dhabi offers little in the way of historical or cultural sights. But it now has a Formula One race which makes up for this part of your trip.
